We are looking for motivated individuals who wish to join us to work in the RMA department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Receiving incoming RMA shipment.
– Records the details of the shipment, and reports the discrepancy.
– Labeling shipment packages.
– Shipping the replacement shipment.
– Communicate with customers and the Taipei office.
– Planning the shipping schedules weekly.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Be able to lift 40lb.
– Bilingual capability is a plus.
– Engage in productive time management to fulfill essential job functions.
– Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
– Outstanding attention to detail with a very strong work ethic.
– Ability to multi-task and the ability to work with others.
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Salary: From $19.00 per hour, full-time with benefit
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
